Improve the experience of care

BHR Community Education Provider Network (BHR CEPN) delivered by Manor Avenue Consulting, is the Transformation and Training Hub covering the boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge. We were established in 2014/15 to support a co-ordinated approach to primary and community care workforce development.

Funded by Health Education England (HEE), BHR CEPN works to promote an integrated health and care system for BHR, involving the three local authorities, the BHR Integrated Care Partnership, acute Trusts, mental health and community health trust, residential care, primary care and educational providers.

We develop innovative training programmes to promote new ways of working and new models of care structured around the specific needs of our communities. We also support workforce planning across Primary Care Networks with the development of new roles, apprenticeships and innovative use of the workforce across BHR providers.
