SUPPORTED RETURN TO TRAINING
Are you planning time out of training? Or have you recently returned from time out of programme?
Many trainees have difficulties on returning to training after time out. The new Supported Return to Training programme aims to support all trainees to safely and confidently return to training, no matter the reason for their time out or the length of time.
This is for any London/KSS trainee who has taken time out of programme for any reason. You must have a training number, but other than that there are no requirements.
Returning trainees can have supernumerary or shadowing arrangements funded on their return, as well as other options available to fit with their individual needs, including:
– Refresher Courses and Accelerated Learning
– Coaching, Mentoring and Networking
– Keeping in Touch Days
– Others (as agreed with supervisors)
